7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day returns policy on all products. Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
⚠️ An unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory to raise a return or exchange request — without it, claims cannot be processed.
Return Eligibility
- Item must be unworn and in original condition
- All packaging and tags must be intact
- Return initiated within 7 days of delivery
- Return is applicable if the product received is damaged or does not match the description/image shown on the website
- An unboxing/unpacking video is mandatory to raise a return or exchange request — without it, claims cannot be processed
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items worn or damaged by customer
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Items purchased during final sale
Refund Process
Upon approval of return:
- We provide a free return label
- Item inspection within 5-7 business days
- Refund initiated within 3-5 business days
- Return to wallet (store credit)
Exchanges
- Size change exchanges are available only for Rings; a shipping & handling charge of ₹250 is borne by the customer
- If any product (across all categories) is received damaged or broken, an exchange will be arranged at no extra cost
- Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery with an unboxing video as proof
Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange immediate replacement or refund.
